little snak:in de middle of te day Fruit yogurt
Lunch:3 O´clock two pieces of the first fish or meat an the second fruit and yogurt
Other little Snak: Five or six
Dinner: nine or ten(no se entiende nada)

hello we are jose and rafa from 3ºb.
they said that people spanish is very healthy.we eat many healthy food like fruit , vegeables , a lot of fish ( because mediterranean diet contain it )olive oil we consume it every day. we are very healthy people. at breakfast we eat milk , cereals , fruit biscuits and something like that . at lunch we eat two dishes . the first contain a soup or something like that. the second contains fish or meat . at dinner we eat light food because after we go to sleep .we think that spanish people are very healthy but in all spanish exits " fast food "...thats not healthy but we consumed it .finished this we said that spanish people are healthy.

In this video the girls are talking about the Spanish food.The first girl is talking about a lot of healthy eating habits,like eating vegetables,fish and doing physical exercices.The second girl is describing the Mediterranean diet which is composed by 4 differents meals.The breakfast,the snacks,the lunch and the dinner.
1.They say that the Spanish diet is very healthy.
2.Breakfast->milk,cereals,fruit, toast
Lunch->fish or meat and the desert:fruit or yogurt
Dinner->"a little less than the lunch"
3.Yes,beacause we have a meal program which contain very healthy and balanced food.
